Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for around 8 minutes.
Blend cauliflower, water and nutritional yeast until smooth.
Drain the jackfruit and add a splash of oil into a pan. Pop in the jackfruit and then add the BBQ sauce.
On the pizza base, spread out all of the creamy sauce, right up to the edges.
Place the jackfruit, jalapeños and red onion slices on top of the pizza. Bake for around 15-20 minutes, until dough is golden.
