Cook the Christmas pudding, melt the dark chocolate and then combine in a bowl with maple syrup.
Roll the Christmas pudding and chocolate mix into small balls with your hands. Continue until there is no mix left.
Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie or in the microwave. Then carefully put a spoonful on each ball.
Decorate with the red and green glace cherries, then refrigerate for a couple of hours until set.
