Fry off small cubes of firm tofu, then add sweet soy sauce (kecap manis).
Set aside the tofu. Place chopped onions in the wok and stir fry.
Add in sliced chilli and minced garlic.
Next add in carrots and cabbage. Stir fry for a minute.
Add in tofu, noodles, more sweet soy sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce.
Finally add in beansprouts, stir really well and then serve!
