Start by frying off the chopped onions and then add the garlic.
Sprinkle in the spices and bay leaf. Stir well for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the tomato passata, vegan cream, vegan butter and then the almond flour. Stir really well until thick and creamy.
Pop in the tofu and then finally add the peas. Simmer for 5 minutes. Optionally add lime juice and then season to taste.
