Total Time: 3 hours
Sieve flour into a large mixing bowl.
Add all other dry and wet ingredients.
Mix on low speed for 5 minutes.
Leave to rise, covered with a damp tea towel.
Deflate the dough and prepare a work surface for it.
Cut into 12 pieces, and shape into balls with your hands. Leave to rest.
Pipe the crosses onto the hot cross buns then bake them, glaze and enjoy!
