Drain and chop the jackfruit pieces. Place in a frying pan over a medium heat with a splash of oil. Stir until some water is released.
Next, sprinkle over all of the spices and stir well. Cook for a few minutes before the next step.
Add in the sliced onion and minced garlic. Combine. Cook for a few more minutes.
Finally, add the peppers, stir and then pour in the lime juice. Season with salt to taste, then serve with tortillas, avocado, sour cream and salsa.
