Ingredients
Garlic Red Chillies Morning Glory Soy Bean Paste Mushroom Sauce Vegan Fish Sauce Oil Water
In a pestle and mortar, pound the garlic and chillies until fragrant.
In a wok, stir fry the garlic and red chillies in hot oil on a high temperature.
Add the sauce ingredients and the water. Stir well.
Add in the chopped morning glory, still on high heat, and stir fry until wilted down.
If you don't have morning glory, use a combination of green beans, tenderstem broccoli and spinach!
