Cook Time: 20 Min
Roast the cauliflower in the marinade.
Fry off cumin seeds with a splash of oil.
Add onion, garlic, chilli, spices and potatoes.
Pop in tomato puree, water and vegan cream. Simmer.
Finally, add roasted cauliflower and peas. Serve!
