Sieve the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and give them a good stir. That's the flour, turmeric, baking powder and salt.
In a large measuring jug, combine the aquafaba, water and apple cider vinegar. Mix well and then slowly add to the dry ingredients.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk well with a hand or electric whisk. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Pour the batter into a muffin tray filled with smoking hot oil. Then bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and then rest for another 30 minutes.
