Shipping
All of our merch is printed to order, on ethically sourced and mainly organic items, using vegan inks, then packaged and shipped in recycled paper.
Because we're printing to order with such strict ethical requirements, shipping takes a little longer than you average store, due to the supplier that we've chosen to work with. We weren't prepared to compromise on ethics to try meet today's intensive production and fast-fashion standards.
Once your order has been placed it will be printed and shipped, on average, within 2-3 business days (for order after 12pm, the processing time will start from the next working day). During extremely busy periods, such as public holidays, it may take up to 5 business days to ship.
Upon dispatch, shipping times are as follows:
- UK: Royal Mail tracked – 2-3 business days
- EU: Royal Mail international untracked – 5-7 business days
- Rest of World: Royal Mail international untracked – 10-14 business days
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification which, if applicable, will contain your tracking number.
If your order is too large or heavy for Royal Mail we will ship using a separate courier. If this is the case you will receive a separate email with a tracking number.
Missed deliveries
Please ensure that you enter your correct email address and phone number so that couriers can contact you in the case of delivery issues.
All deliveries will be attempted at least two times and a delivery note will be left to allow you to rearrange your delivery for a more suitable date, or your parcel will be held at a collection point for you to pick up within 18 days.
If you do not contact the courier, after 3 attempts or within the collection window, your item will be returned to us. In this situation we will issue a refund to you minus the postage charge and any additional fees incurred.
Duty & other charges
Some countries charge taxes and duties on goods being received into the country. It is your responsibility to pay for any additional taxes and duties.
If you forfeit the payment or do not accept the delivery due to customs charges, your item will be returned to us. In this situation we will issue a refund to you minus any shipping costs and other charges incurred while the goods are in transit.
Please note, in some cases return shipping and associated charges can equal more than the cost of your order, so you may be forfeiting any refund. We recommend looking into the additional costs of importing items from the UK before placing your order.
Vegan Punks cannot be held responsible for these charges, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their own country's rules and regulations regarding importing goods from the UK.
Returns & refunds
As all of our products are printed to order, unless there is something wrong with your delivery, we cannot issue refunds.
In the case that incorrect items or sizes, damaged items or misprints are delivered we will, of course, issue refunds. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at hello[at]veganpunks.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your delivery, including details of any issues.
We will send out replacement items where there are any issues, or if you'd prefer, a full refund (including delivery costs).
