Our peanut butter berry smoothie is a super quick and easy to make breakfast, and it's going to get you fired up for the day!
We find ourselves making the same breakfasts during the week - it's easy to just get into the routine when you have so much to do, so we needed to come up with another convenient weekday breakfast option.
The berries give it a real fruity hit, but you still get the rich peanut butter flavour and it's full of nourishing ingredients to get you feeling good, and keep you fuelled.
This peanut butter smoothie is designed to be more of a smoothie bowl and eaten with a spoon, but you can easily turn it into a drink by cutting out the oats or adding more milk!

Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 bananas
- 1.5 cups mixed berries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 cups almond milk
Instructions
- Chuck it all in a blender and blitz until smooth.1 cup oats, 2 bananas, 1.5 cups mixed berries, ½ cup raspberries, 2 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon matcha powder, 2 cups almond milk
- Top it with some bonus ingredients like chia seeds, chopped nuts etc.
