    We use this cashew parmesan all the time - it's really quick and easy to make, and it goes great on everything from this pulled jackfruit pizza to this vegan macaroni cheese.

    Vegan parmesan is so easy to make, and a perfect accompaniment to most Italian style pastas. Plus, you'll need just three ingredients and a blender!

    Ingredients

    Metric - US Customary
    • ¾ cup cashews
    • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • ½ tsp garlic powder – or granules

    Instructions

    • Chuck it all in a blender and blitz it up until it looks like parmesan - easy!
